Tennis Legend Novak Djokovic Reveals His Secrets to Longevity
Aug 28, 2026
Novak Djokovic is taking the recovery, mobility and mental-reset principles that helped shape one of tennis’ longest elite careers and turning them into wellness experiences for Aman guests.
As Aman’s Global Ambassador and Wellness Advisor, the 24-time Grand Slam champion has helped develop a series of programs focused on longevity, recovery and the relationship between physical and mental performance.
“Aman is the place I go to reconnect with myself and appreciate what is often forgotten,” Djokovic said. “In the peace of Aman resorts, I find balance. My mind softens; body relaxes. A necessary reset — for the game, and for life.”

That philosophy is at the center of Longevity Pathways by Novak Djokovic, a collection of Aman wellness experiences inspired by the routines and principles Djokovic has used throughout his career.
The collection of Aman wellness experiences is closely curated in collaboration with Djokovic, although he is not personally in attendance during the standard experiences.
Djokovic has long made longevity a central part of his tennis career, placing unusual emphasis on recovery, flexibility, nutrition, mental preparation and maintaining his body through the demands of the professional tour.

“Working with Aman over the past year has been a true pleasure,” Djokovic said. “Designing programs and retreats that not only enhance participants’ immediate sense of wellbeing but also reflect our shared commitment to longevity.”
The partnership has also included an in-person retreat at Amanyara in Turks and Caicos, where guests received insight into the relationship between mental and physical performance.
For Djokovic, the collaboration represents another extension of his tennis career beyond competition, taking ideas developed through decades of elite performance and applying them to the growing worlds of wellness, recovery and longevity.
Aman continues to expand globally, including a planned Aman Miami Beach property scheduled to open in 2028.
