The Science of Staying in the Game: Eudēmonia Summit Returns to West Palm Beach

For tennis players obsessed with playing better, recovering faster and staying on the court longer, one of the most interesting events in South Florida this fall has nothing to do with forehands or backhands.

Eudēmonia Summit returns to West Palm Beach November 5–8, bringing together some of the biggest names in sports, health, longevity, nutrition and human performance for four days of talks, workouts, treatments, technology and hands-on experimentation.

Among the confirmed names are seven-time Super Bowl champion Tom Brady, surfing legend Kelly Slater, neuroscientist Andrew Huberman, endurance athlete and podcaster Rich Roll, gastroenterologist Will Bulsiewicz, nutrition researcher Simon Hill, bestselling author Michael Easter and performance specialist Ben Greenfield.

For the Florida Tennis audience, the appeal is obvious. Sleep. Nutrition. Strength. Brain health. Recovery. Mobility. Injury prevention. Longevity. These are increasingly part of the conversation for recreational competitors every bit as much as they are for elite athletes.

The event is expected to feature more than 120 experts and hundreds of sessions and experiences across downtown West Palm Beach. Its EXPOSŌME health-tech expo alone includes more than 120 participating brands, three stages and hands-on demonstrations spanning diagnostics, recovery, wellness technology and performance optimization.

Eudēmonia is deliberately built to feel less like a conventional medical conference and more like a health-and-performance festival. Attendees can move between keynote talks, exercise sessions, restorative treatments and emerging technology while testing some of the ideas being discussed onstage.

The 2026 program also includes the Health Innovation Lab, developed with Fitt Insider as a more intimate gathering for founders, executives and investors in the rapidly expanding wellness industry.

The summit arrives as Palm Beach County increasingly becomes a meeting point for sports, health, technology and luxury wellness. Last year's Eudēmonia attracted approximately 5,000 attendees to West Palm Beach, according to event organizers and Discover The Palm Beaches.

For tennis players, perhaps the most interesting question isn't whether another health gadget can shave a few points off a biomarker. It's whether the exploding science of longevity can help us do something considerably more tangible: move better, recover better and keep playing the sport we love for another 10, 20 or 30 years.

Florida Tennis will be at Eudēmonia Summit in November to find out. If you'd also like to learn more, be sure to check out: Eudēmonia Summit.
