Netflix Unveils New Documentary Series 'Carlos Alcaraz: My Way'

This week, Netflix unveiled "Carlos Alcaraz: My Way" — the new documentary series about one of the most important players in world tennis that offers unprecedented access into the life of the young tennis superstar on and off the court.
"Carlos Alcaraz: My Way" was produced by Morena Films for Netflix. It portrays the youngest number 1 in tennis history. The series follows Carlos Alcaraz during the 2024 season, getting closer to the young prodigy revolutionizing the world of sports.

“People are going to get to know everything you don’t see on a tennis court,” Alcaraz told Netflix. “I think it’s something very different.”
Viewers learn so much more about the off-court life of one of the best athletes in the world. It's an intimate, first-hand look inside the personal life of Carlos Alcaraz. This documentary series follows Alcaraz as he balances the pressures of a demanding, professional tennis career with a 20-year-old's desire to let loose.

This new 3-episode Netflix documentary series is produced by Juan Gordon and Álex Martínez Roig for Morena Films (Celd 211, Mother's Love), directed by Jorge Laplace (LaLiga: All Access, Locomía) and written by Edu Salan and Jorge Laplace.
The new tennis documentary on Netflix is part of its growing roster of sports documentary series, including the Morena Films soccer docuseries La Liga, which premieres in summer 2024, as well as Formula 1: Drive to Survive, Full Swing, Quarterback, and more.
