MG set to drive Davis Cup forward with new partnership for Final 8

MG has become Official Automotive Partner of the Davis Cup Final 8, the International Tennis Federation (ITF) has announced.

The partnership – MG’s first venture into the tennis market – will see the iconic brand provide official transportation services for players, teams and staff at the 2025 Davis Cup Final 8 in Bologna (18-23 November).

The fleet of vehicles supplied to power the event will include the most innovative models of MG line up;  MG3, MG ZS, MG HS, MG4 and MGS5 EV. The partnership will put the brand at the heart of the action with rights to back wall branding, a virtual on court logo and the presence of a car within the court’s outer perimeter.

The MG brand is growing in Italy and the wider European market with a renewed vision and a strong commitment to sustainable mobility. Combining cutting-edge technology, innovation, and British design, MG continues to expand its presence with an exciting range of new models tailored to the needs of today’s European drivers.

Andrea Bartolomeo, Country Manager of MG in Italy, said: "We are extremely proud to be a partner of the Davis Cup, working alongside an iconic brand with more than a hundred years of history, like we are. We are a little younger, actually! Being part of the top team competition in men's tennis is a truly special moment. Team spirit is something we feel very strongly at MG. This partnership with the Davis Cup underscores our vision of growth and will help bring excitement to tennis fans. We are also very happy to share this unique experience with our Italian MG customer, discover how on www.mgmotor.it."
