After more than 30 years as Director of Tennis at Mission Inn Resort and Club, Cesar Villarroel's name is synonymous with Lake County Tennis. Since 1988, Cesar has shared his love of tennis with several generations of families in Lake County, Florida. And he's brought some iconic names to the area.
In 1990, Cesar hosted tennis legend Billie Jean King at Mission Inn where she served as a guest speaker. In 2008, Cesar was responsible for bringing world no. 1, Justine Henin, to Lake County and partnered with her to form the Sixth Sense Tennis Academy.
Cesar also brought in Pat Etcheberry, the academy's former fitness guru, to the Mission Inn Resort and Club. As his tennis academy grew, one of Caesar's star students was Monica Puig, the 2016 Olympic gold medal winner.

A level one USPTA and USPTR instructor, Cesar has been a member of both the Wilson and Adidas Tennis Advisory Staffs. He's also filmed a number of popular one-minute clinics for the Tennis Channel.
When he's not on the tennis court, Cesar is also an established realtor with the Olympus Executive Realty team where he's received the Multi Million Dollar Producer award from the Lake and Sumter County Realtor Association.
