• Please note that the prints on the t-shirt may have variations in texture and appearance. This is due to a natural byproduct of the printing process called glycol, a nearly-clear glossy substance that may give the print a shinier appearance where present. Glycol is water-soluble/miscible, so washing the garment will easily remove it.
• Due to the heat press used in the printing process, there may be some shading around the print area on darker-colored t-shirts. We recommend washing the garment to help mitigate any temporary color changes caused by the heat press.

It takes 2-5 business days to create a product and fulfill an order. Estimated shipping time is 4-24 business days.
Returns
Each apparel item is made to order specifically for you. Because of this, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for incorrect size selection, buyer's remorse, or change-of-mind purchases.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can review your claim and arrange a replacement or refund if appropriate.
Lost Packages
If your package appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.
Shipping Address
Please verify your shipping address carefully before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided during checkout. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or because it was unclaimed, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the order.
