Instructions
Portable Net Systems are designed for indoor and outdoor use. However, do not leave the system outside for extended periods.
For best longevity:
- Store indoors after each use
- Avoid prolonged exposure to rain or extreme weather
- Keep poles, net, and bases dry during storage
- Use the included zippered carry bag for transport and protection
Although rust-resistant, the system is not rustproof. Products left outdoors for extended periods are not covered under warranty.
Shipping
Orders ship via UPS insured ground. Shipping and handling time is 7-10 business days.
Returns
- Full refunds within 30 days of receipt of orders (less the shipping cost) on products returned in resalable condition. The customer is also responsible for return shipping.
- Customers must contact us for a return authorization number. Note: Unauthorized returns not accepted.
- If any product is purchased in the US and then brought to another country, this will void any warranty on the product(s).
- A restock fee of 15% may apply.
