Instructions
Step 1: Set Resistance
- The system includes 6 resistance bands
- Start with 1 band on each side (lowest resistance)
- Increase up to 3 bands per side for more challenge
- Adjust based on your height, strength, and fitness level
Step 2: Secure the Waistband
- Wrap the waistband comfortably around your waist
- Make sure it is snug and won’t slip below your hips
Step 3: Attach the Ankle Straps
- Sit down to make setup easier
- Strap each ankle securely
- Ensure resistance tubes run toward the outside of each leg
- For comfort:
- Place straps over socks or warm-up pants to prevent chafing
Step 4: Test Movement
- Stand up and walk around for about 1 minute
- You should feel a gentle pull into a lower athletic stance (knees slightly bent)
- If you want more resistance, add additional bands
Step 5: Focus on Feel
- The goal is to develop a natural feel for a lower playing position
- Practice moving with proper form
- Try to replicate the same feeling without the trainer
Step 6: Start Gradually
- Begin with short sessions (about 1 minute)
- Increase time and resistance gradually as you improve

Returns
- Full refunds within 30 days of receipt of orders (less the shipping cost) on products returned in resalable condition. The customer is also responsible for return shipping.
