Instructions
- Wrap the armband just above the elbow with the D-ring on top of the bicep
- Attach the strap to your racquet or paddle
- Adjust strap length depending on the shot:
- Shorter for volleys and slice shots
- Longer for topspin groundstrokes
- Practice a few repetitions, then remove and try to maintain the same feel

Orders ship via UPS insured ground. Shipping and handling time is 7-10 business days.
Returns
- Full refunds within 30 days of receipt of orders (less the shipping cost) on products returned in resalable condition. The customer is also responsible for return shipping.
- Customers must contact us for a return authorization number. Note: Unauthorized returns not accepted.
- If any product is purchased in the US and then brought to another country, this will void any warranty on the product(s).
