Through specialized tennis exhibitions, MFAP raises valuable resources to assist America’s heroes.

From 1997 to 2002, Guillermo was the Tennis Director of two facilities in the Washington DC greater metropolitan area, Crystal Park, and Livingwell Health Club at the Washington Hilton. Additionally, he served as the Head Tennis Professional at Mount Vernon College in D.C., where he provided worthwhile instruction for distinguished guests such as Secretary of Defense Les Aspin, Chairman of the Federal Reserve Alan Greenspan, Secretary of Health and Human Services Donna Shalala, NBC News Chief Foreign Affairs Correspondent Andrea Mitchell, Award Winning Anchor, Wolf Blitzer, Senator Ted Stevens, CIA Director William Webster among many other luminaries.

In April 2008, Mr. Morales-Rubert graduated with honors from the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center (FLETC) in Glynco, Georgia. Since FLETC’s founding in 1970, it has developed into the nation’s largest provider of law enforcement training. FLETC’s curriculum and commitment to excellence proactively engages experts from across all levels of law enforcement such as the U.S. Secret Service and U.S. Marshals Service. Guillermo’s value driven standards of excellence learned at FLETC, such as accurate reports, interpersonal skills in human behavior and signals needed to succeed at a mission, also inform his dedication to research tennis data for Florida Tennis Magazine.
