Instructions
Step 1: Unbox and Check Parts
Before assembly, confirm all components are included:
- (A) 1 Primary cart frame
- (B) 1 Basket lid (not included with Mini Coach’s Cart)
- (C) 1 Main basket
- (D) 1 Mesh divider (use to divide transition from regular balls)
- (E) 4 screw-in 4-inch wheels
Step 2: Attach the Wheels
- Turn the frame upside down in the open position.
- Screw in all 4 wheels by hand.
- Use a wrench to fully tighten and secure them.
Step 3: Secure the Frame
- Locate the two bolts and lock nuts at the center of the “X” frame on each side.
- Use a screwdriver and pliers to tighten them securely.
- Note: The lock nuts require moderate pressure to fully secure—this is normal.
Step 4: Install the Basket
- Turn the cart right side up in the open position.
- Place the main basket onto the four “L” hooks on the frame.
Additional Notes
- The Mini Coach’s Cart does not include a lid.
- To prevent balls from spilling during transport, use the mesh divider as a temporary cover.
- The built-in hopper hanger can be used to carry a ball basket while moving the cart.
