WTA Foundation Participates in URC Women’s Leadership Academy

The WTA Foundation was proud to support the third year of the United Rugby Championship (URC) Women’s Leadership Academy (WLA), a CVC Foundation initiative dedicated to advancing female representation across the sports industry. As part of the program, WTA Foundation leaders Ann Austin and Vania King participated in the Academy’s immersive learning experience and hosted the WLA cohort for an inspiring women’s network event at Wimbledon. The event offered a rare opportunity for emerging female leaders to connect with industry changemakers, exchange insights, and build meaningful relationships within a global network of women driving progress in sport. All WLA graduates joined the growing alumni program, which fosters ongoing mentorship, opportunity, and collective impact across the sports landscape.
