Oct 12, 2025
UTS Tour will return to Guadalajara from February 5 to 7, 2026 at the Centro Americano de Tennis, bringing Latin American fans another electrifying three-day tennis spectacle.
UTS made a hugely successful debut in Latin America with UTS Guadalajara in February this year which saw a packed 7,500-capacity central court witness Tomas Machac’s take his debut UTS title.
This year’s UTS Guadalajara line-up is already taking shape, with Alejandro Davidovich Fokina (Spain), Flavio Cobolli (Italy) and Reilly Opelka (USA) all committed to joining the eight-man player field.
Davidovich Fokina and Opelka will be making their UTS debuts, while Cobolli returns after playing UTS Guadalajara 2025. Cobolli was eliminated in the Round Robin stage but not before thrilling the crowd with his trademark eye-catching tennis.
Known for his explosive athleticism and dynamic shot-making, Davidovich Fokina has established himself as one of Spain’s most exciting talents and recently broke into the ATP Top 20. A former Monte Carlo Masters finalist, he has reached the second week of multiple Grand Slams and is admired for his flair, resilience, and fighting spirit.
Standing at 2.11m (6’11”), Opelka is one of the tallest and most powerful players in tennis history. A multiple ATP Tour champion and former Top 20 player, he proved he can still beat anyone on tour, notably defeating Novak Djokovic in Brisbane earlier this season. Watching how he adapts to the UTS one-serve rule will be one of the highlights of UTS Guadalajara 2026.

He is known for his great baseline consistency, quick movement, imperious return of serve, and fearless attitude against top opponents.
Mexican fans will enjoy three full days of action (February 5, 6, and 7), with three night sessions overall, including a double session (day and night) on Friday, February 6 which will feature eight Round Robin matches before the Final Four knockout stage with the semi-finals and final on Saturday, February 7. Tickets are already on sale and are expected to be in high demand.
The UTS format, created by coach and entrepreneur Patrick Mouratoglou in 2020 under the name Ultimate Tennis Showdown, is tennis reinvented. Designed to appeal to a new generation of fans, UTS matches are fast-paced with innovative rules, eight-minute quarters rather than longer sets and a strong focus on entertainment and self-expression.
UTS Tour has seen substantial growth this season, having established itself in recent years itself as an exciting global league. The Chubb UTS Hong Kong with Humansa stage will take place on October 14–15, which will see the format make its debut in Asia, before the annual Grand Final in London on December 5–7 where the best players of the UTS season will compete in a year-end showcase.
