USTA Foundation and Chase Award More Than $250,000 to Support Youth Tennis and Education Programs
Aug 11, 2026
The USTA Foundation and longtime sponsor Chase are continuing their national effort to use tennis as a pathway for education, mentorship and life skills.
For the 13th consecutive year, the USTA Foundation has partnered with Chase to award more than $250,000 in grants to 12 community organizations across the country, supporting year-round tennis, education and mentorship programs for young people.
This year’s grants are expected to impact more than 24,000 young people from under-resourced communities, providing access to programs designed to help prepare them for life on and off the tennis court. To date, Chase has awarded more than $2 million to select community organizations supported by the USTA Foundation.

Florida is part of this year’s national effort, with the MaliVai Washington Youth Foundation in Jacksonville and First Serve Miami among the organizations receiving Chase Return the Serve grants.
As part of the initiative, “Return the Serve Fun Day” events presented by Chase will take place throughout July in 10 communities: Boston, Chicago, Cleveland, Dallas, Denver, Jacksonville, Fla., Los Angeles, Miami, Phoenix and San Francisco.
The events will feature tennis activities, financial literacy education and lunch for young people and their families, combining on-court programming with practical life-skills support.
