Rei Sakamoto, Aleksandar Kovacevic Headline Agiloft’s US Open Tennis Push
Sep 09, 2026
Enterprise software probably isn’t the first category that comes to mind when you think US Open sponsorships. That is precisely the point for Agiloft.
The contract lifecycle management company stepped onto the tennis court during the 2026 US Open with a new campaign built around individual player sponsorships, giving the technology brand an unconventional way to introduce itself to the tournament’s global audience.
Dubbed “The Advantage Is in Your Contracts,” the campaign connects the anticipation and adaptability required in tennis with Agiloft’s pitch to businesses: use the intelligence contained in contracts to see risks and opportunities before they arrive.
“Enterprise software brands tend to compete for attention in the same places: the same conference booths, ad slots, and inboxes,” said Nicole Milstead, CMO of Agiloft. “We wanted to show up somewhere unexpected, but in a way that still says something meaningful about who we are.”

Agiloft launched the sponsorship campaign with American Aleksandar Kovacevic during his opening-round match at the US Open and continued its tennis presence with rising Japanese player Rei Sakamoto.
Sakamoto, the 2024 US Open boys’ doubles champion, came through qualifying in New York this year and advanced to the second round of the men’s singles draw. Agiloft later shared images of its team supporting Sakamoto at the tournament, tying his appearance into the company’s broader campaign around adaptability and preparation.
“Just like a tennis match, contracts aren’t always predictable either,” Agiloft wrote on Instagram. “Priorities shift, approvals stall, and unexpected challenges show up.”
The company’s tennis campaign is designed to feature professional player sponsorships across five matches, part of an effort to take the B2B technology brand beyond the traditional enterprise-software marketing circuit.

“Tennis is a game of anticipation, adaptability, getting smarter the more you play and knowing when to make your move,” Milstead said. “Business is no different.”
The concept fits Agiloft’s core business. Its contract lifecycle management platform uses automation and AI to organize and analyze contract data across legal, procurement, finance and sales teams. Its Astra contracts AI platform is designed to unlock information contained in contracts and help companies make faster business decisions.
For Agiloft, the US Open offers a considerably different stage from the usual software conference or corporate inbox — and a chance to put an enterprise technology brand in front of the business-heavy audience surrounding one of the world’s biggest tennis events.
“The best players are always one shot ahead,” Milstead said. “Businesses should be able to operate the same way.”
