The January-February Issue is a special tribute issue created in loving memory of Florida Tennis Founder Jim Martz. This issue also includes a Delray Beach Open preview along with a special profile (and Autograph Corner article) on Tommy Paul who's scheduled to play at the ATP 250 event in South Florida. In addition, we preview the forthcoming Miami Open and release some exclusive news related the the ATP 1000 tournament at the Hard Rock.
Legendary coach Rick Macci gives his unique take on today's top pro players including Aryna Sabalenka, Iga Swiatek, and Leylah Fernandez in this issue. And we announce Macci's new book, Billion Dollar Mind, with co-author Dr. Nivedita Uberoi Jerath is available for those looking to level up in tennis and life.
In addition, this issue has a special 6-page section covering the USTA Florida 75th Anniversary taking place in 2024. Florida Tennis also visited (and reports on) the Riverside Racquet Club in Vero Beach as Mardy Fish was inducted into the USTA Florida Hall of Fame and had a court named in his honor.

Florida Tennis Publisher Matt Pressman partakes in a "Lesson with a Legend" in Naples at the Emilio Sanchez Academy. Sanchez provides unique insight into his approach to coaching (and playing) the game which allowed him to ascend to ATP no. 7 in singles and no. 1 in doubles during his own prolific pro career.
We also recap an amazing visit to the USP College Tennis Showcase for an inside look at how college coaches find up-and-coming junior hopefuls. We spoke with parents, junior players, coaches, and the top management at USP for key insights.
We chat with Viktoria Belinsky about her fascinating journey from Russia's no. 1 junior to playing all four grand slams as a pro player. Belinsky was an on-air personality on Russia's Tennis Channel and later came to the US to coach pro players. She's now coaching a select group of juniors at the Lauderdale Tennis Club with her new venture, Tennis Proway.

Dave "Koz" Kozlowski visits Bonita Bay Club to cover the FGCU Collegiate Open. We also visit the Orange Bowl and connect with TJ Pura, assistant coach at Vanderbilt University. Pura gives insight into his time on tour coaching Tommy Paul. He also reveals his own amazing tennis journey beginning with his appearance in an ESPN documentary as a kid to his role today as a college coach.
Former Strength and Conditioning coach of both the Florida Panthers and New England Patriots, Ian Pyka, gives his top tips on leg strength training and recovery for tennis players. We get an inside look at WTA pro, Shelby Rogers, working on rehab and recovery at Pyka's wellness center Boca Cryo.
Contributor Adam Ross reviews the Rocket tennis racquet bag and Dr. Richard Cohen gives tips on mental toughness for aspiring, competitive tennis players. This issue also includes "Drop Shots" — a new section that provides the latest tidbits of news from all around the Florida Tennis world.
