Miami Open presented by Itaú — March 28 Update

Czech teenager Jakub Mensik made it through to his debut ATP Masters 1000 final with a three-set victory over American No.1 Taylor Fritz 76(4) 46 76(4).  The 19-year-old will now take on the master himself, Novak Djokovic, who overcame Grigor Dimitrov in straight sets 62 63 to reach his eighth Miami Open final and continue his quest for his 100th ATP title.

Kicking off Saturday's schedule on stadium court top seeds Marcelo Arevalo and Mate Pavic will take on No.6 seeds Julian Cash and Lloyd Glasspool for the men's doubles title.  Arevalo and Pavic are looking to complete the sunshine double, after winning the title in Indian Wells.

WTA Final takes center stage on Saturday as World No.1 Aryna Sabalenka will take on American Jessica Pegula in the WTA final on Saturday with both players looking to secure their first WTA 1000 title of the year.  This will be their ninth meeting, with Sabalenka winning six, including their last encounter in the US Open final.
