Jim Martz, thanks for your contribution to the game.

The tennis world has lost one of the most genuine journalists in sports. Jim Martz, who passed Saturday December 30, 2023, was one of my longtime closest friends in sports media.

He was an inspiration for my tennis media career. For decades, Jim and I covered many of the tournaments together including the US Open, The Miami Open, The Delray Beach Open, The Orange Bowl, The Junior Orange Bowl, The Eddie Herr Internationals and The Little Mo Internationals.

Jim, thanks for your media contributions to the game.  You will be missed forever, but never forgotten.  Love you, my friend.
