Feb 22, 2026
Championship Sunday is set at the 2026 Delray Beach Open — and it’s an all-American showdown for the singles title. With Sebastian Korda and Tommy Paul both chasing their first Delray Beach Open trophy, the stage is set for a historic final.

- 2026 – Sebastian Korda vs. Tommy Paul
- 2024 – Taylor Fritz def. Tommy Paul

Most Champions By Country
The winner tomorrow will be the 11th American champion. The country with the next most singles champions is Australia with five.
Unseeded Champions
If unseeded Sebastian Korda wins, he will be the 11th unseeded player to win the title. Tommy Paul is seeded fifth — the only fifth seed to ever win was David Sanguinetti in 2002.
Two Former Finalists Meet — Who Will Finally Earn the Trophy?
Both finalists have been here before. Tommy Paul fell to Taylor Fritz in the 2024 final, while Sebastian Korda fell to Hubert Hurkacz in 2021. Both will be looking for their first Delray Beach Open title.
Currently, Paul has four career ATP Tour titles and Korda has two.
Familiar Faces in the Korda Player Box
Sebastian Korda's father, Petr Korda, competed in this tournament in 1997 and 1999. Another familiar face in Korda's box is his coach Ryan Harrison, who reached the doubles final here in 2021 when Sebastian reached the singles final.
Doubles Final — Olympic Medalists vs Wild Card Team
Nikola Mektic and Austin Krajicek are both former world No. 1s and Grand Slam champions. Mektic is an Olympic gold medalist (2020) from Croatia and Krajicek is a silver medalist (2024) from the United States.

In the final they face the American wild card team of Benjamin Kittay and Ryan Seggerman. While they are much less experienced than their opponents, they do have experience together from their college careers.
The last time a wild card team made the final was in 2021, when brothers Ryan and Christian Harrison fell in the final. The last time a wild card team won the title was in 2013, when Jack Sock and James Blake were victorious.
National Anthem Singer
Prior to the singles final the national anthem will be sung by Cheyenne Morris from Wellington, Fla. She is an 11-year-old sixth grader at Wellington Landings Middle School and was the youngest to win the America's Equestrians Got Talent competition two years ago.
She has sung the national anthem at a number of different events including Miami Dolphins, Heat and Marlins games.
Delray Beach Open Trophy
The Delray Beach Open trophy was designed by artist Patrick Pease. The blue and yellow coral reef design reflects the colors of the tournament and the Delray Beach ocean vibe.

During the tournament it was on display in the Blue Gallery booth, the Official Art Gallery of the Delray Beach Open, where a painting of Taylor Fritz was created during the week.
